  • Cancellation with 24-48 hours notice: 75% refund or rescheduling option.
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling option at our discretion.
  • No-shows: No refund will be provided for clients who fail to attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice.

3. Service Packages

3.1 Financial Planning Packages

For comprehensive financial planning packages:

  • Cancellation within 7 days of purchase (before work begins): Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • Cancellation after work has begun but before delivery of final plan: Prorated refund based on work completed, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellation after delivery of final plan: No refund.

3.2 Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
  • Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to the subscription until the end of your current billing period.

4. Workshops and Seminars

4.1 In-Person Events

For in-person workshops, seminars, and other events:

  • Cancellation with 14+ days notice: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • Cancellation with 7-13 days notice: 75% refund.
  • Cancellation with 1-6 days notice: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or no-show: No refund.

4.2 Virtual Events

For virtual workshops and webinars:

  • Cancellation with 7+ days notice: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • Cancellation with 1-6 days notice: 75% refund.
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund.
  • No-shows: Access to the recording (if available) but no refund.

4.3 Event Cancellation by Phisigeoly

If we cancel an event for any reason:

  • You will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to apply your payment to a future event.

5. Digital Products

5.1 Downloadable Resources

Due to the nature of digital products that can be downloaded and duplicated:

  • All sales of downloadable digital products (e-books, financial templates, calculators, etc.) are final.
  • No refunds will be provided once the digital product has been delivered.

5.2 Online Courses

For online courses and educational programs:

  • Cancellation within 7 days of purchase (if less than 25% of course content has been accessed): Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • Cancellation after 7 days or if more than 25% of course content has been accessed: No refund.
